Piece of junk company! All too friendly when they had to replace a heatpump from an insurance claim! I had additional work which concurrently had to be done on the spa pool to which they offered to have a look when they were there for the heatpump replacement. Here is where it gets interesting.. They had a plan/idea on what to do to which I agreed once they found the replacement light. Guess what, multiple weeks went by without any feedback. Eventually on admittance they could net find a replacement light. Truthfully, I realized they never paid attention to it. I offered to find it on their behalf if they would send me the photo of the sample light they took from me. Guess what again? Still waiting for that photo. Then his personal life matters got in the way of helping me again. Just strange how these difficult personal matters never got in the way of the insurance work with which he was booked fully for a week and a half. How difficult it must be to help out on a small job in the following week as the assumption was that I could not wait that terrible week and a half. Not forgetting they are the sole reason up to that stage that I haven't had any progression for more than a month. Piece of junk company!

After the answer of no, you are left with no time to request to remove your contact number which they *******ly obtained from your system, only to have the operator rudely cut the conversation off without greeting.
Their excellent service never fails.
What a useless F***ing company! These people entertain you with elevator music and ****ty lies like "we value your call" and "please hold" bull****. All of this whilst everyone transfers you to a never ending line that no one either answers or the line does not work. These are supposed "emergency" numbers in which they "take pride in their excellent service". Dear me, but this is the worst bunch bundled together. All of this is happening whilst my water is gushing out at the stop valve meaning that no water can be turned off. I can hear the water, I mean money, running and spewing out all over. I hope you suffer an pay Momentum!! It is all your fault if I have the luxury of typing this with elevator music..
Absolute garbage piece of $ company. You have to pay up first for an empty shell of a company which holds no stock to make empty promises to which the support email auto-responds and the phone line does not work or an autobot answers there are no operators to answer your call. My parcel was supposed to arrive in the week of 8Aug2022. Today is 2022-08-23. So guess how long I have been struggling to get JUST an answer, and I am not even speaking about my supposed fake parcel. Stay away!
So I checked if the email address noreply@gomelo.co.za was from you guys are not. It was and was not spam. Now my question. Where the F did you get my email address? Who gave you permission to email me? Who the hell do you think you are creating an account on my behalf creating a login password for me. The you have the audacity to welcome me in the email. I have no part in you. Go sit on a pole!
Most useless bank on the planet!! Opened an account, got smses that I can now log in after registering successfully. My account remains 'under review' untill today. Went to the bank numerous times to solve the issue - the tickets are closed and marked as resolved and my F**C***G profile is still inaccessible! To make matters worse - I can't pay funds over as the providers return and cancel all transactions stating that the bank (aka USELESS AFRICAN BANK) has told them that I am not the holder of the account, thus inferring I am lying and being corrupt! F**K Y*U AFRICAN BANK! FY!
<p>I have emailed Pick `n Pay multiple times this year to query the amount of Smart Shopper points to be used before expiry. Up to now - no response since the beginning of this year 2016..</p>
My wife opened a gym account at Planet Fitness (Benoni, Lakefield) around Nov/Dec to which we were supposed to be awarded Smart Shopper PnP points. Not knowing how it works we thought it would be linked to her name automatically. Evidently now afterwards we came to the knowledge that the sales person (Wellington) should've swiped her PnP card. He gave us afterwards the same reaction (shrugging of his shoulders) when he made a screw up with my medical aid gym application. I had to go via one person (whom has resigned understandably) with the right contacts to get it solved. Planet fitness' support centre is just as useless. They never resolve the issue and then close the ticket as resolved. Wellington and planet fitness only wants your cash with no help and after sales service. I have logged this complaint on hellopeter, but 'somehow it did not carry over after the upgrade' . With the initial complaint I got one call and no response thereafter. Utterly pathetic! There is obviously more frustrating detail to the story, this is just the summary. Wellington and Planet Fitness made the screw up, they need to fix it. Not me like the previous times..
