Stephen Horn’s businesses are all scams. He will take your money and never deliver.

On 11 Aug 2017 he was found guilty on 3 accounts of criminal fraud and theft , but given a 5 years suspended sentence on the condition that he did not commit another fraud or theft, which he has in multiple.

He has since been fraudulently continuing this business and stealing people’s money
