<p>I recently bought an Intel laptop that was part of a recent promotion that was running. Buying a i3 Intel product I qualify for a R1000 towards a Mango airplain ticket. This marketing promise was instrumental in me buying the product. I contacted the number provided, and was told (by Doreen) that I should send in the completed form together with paying the difference in the ticket value, and I should get confirmation with in 2 days. I confirmed availability on Mango. I send the forms the same day together with proof of payment.</p> <p>I decided to use the opportunity to take my wife on a second honeymoon. She is a teacher, so I have to stick to the holiday season. I made tentative accommodation bookings, and waited for confirmation, so that I can book the second ticket. Knowing it is high season, I was eager to get the booking confirmed, because I was worried about not getting space in season.</p> <p>After I did not get response, I called. I spend hours holding on to get through, only to be told I should get confirmation soon. Every time Doreen told me that there was a delay in payment, but I should get confirmation the next day.</p> <p>I started the communication on 23/08/2016., and received confirmation of them receiving my payment on 24/08/2016. Since then I spend hours waiting in a telephonic cue only to get empty promises.</p> <p>The money I have paid is wasted since even if I do get the ticket, my chances of getting affordable plane ticket for my wife, and accommodation is fast disappearing, not to mention my wife's disappointment.</p> <p>I am so disappointed in Intel, I really trusted them!!!!</p>
