Poor communication to none when concerns were raised.
Poor communication - they were prompt to respond to my initial query but when I started to ask what sort of insurance they offer by collecting my device and servicing it at their workshop (they do not have a walk in store) all communication halted - I never again heard from them, not even to tell me that they don't offer transit insurance.
Very disappointing for a potential new client.
