Not happy with the customer service or product received. 1. The initial monitor that I received did not work. Even if it worked, it would not have worked with the graphics card in the machine. I had to drive to them to replace the monitor with a more expensive version so that I could actually work on my pc. I get to their store and they make me wait an eternity before my "sales person" comes out from the back to talk to me. 2. Two days after actually getting access to the PC, it starts giving software/windows errors. I have to reinstall Windows 10 to fix the errors. Problem: They didn't provide me with a Windows 10 product key and they ignore my e-mail requests for support. It is now one month later and I had to buy a new version of Windows 10 to redo my PC. 3. The motherboard is so old that you don't even get driver support for it anymore.
