HORRIFIC, TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE
STAY AWAY from Intelligent Computing & Recycling, 426 Roderick’s Road, Lynnwood, Pretoria. DO NOT USE THEM.
A terrifying, violent, horrific, life threatening appointment followed on the premises. I incurred irreplaceable and irreparable damages to my computer. His assistants witnessed everything. The owner Frans de Bruyn did not greet me politely, or introduce himself.
He shouted: “Go and stand at the counter. I am a very horrible person. I don’t talk to people and customers. What do you want? We only deal with businesses and not with personal computers of customers for repairs. Did you check in a damaged, broken computer? I have a lawyer. I will lay a charge against you at the police station. I will call the police. I will see you in court. You bring in an old, broken computer for repairs and you want a replacement. This computer was bought 100 years. It’s like you driving an old, broken Citi Golf and you want it replaced with a Porsche. F. OFF. I will throw it at you. F. OFF. I have a lawyer. I will lay a charge against you at the police station. I will call the police. I will see you in court. You must leave now. If you don’t leave immediately, I will call the police. Must I spray you with Doom? ” He approached me and sprayed me with Doom from a distance. “Get out of my shop. F. OFF. ”
I left. YOUR LIFE AND POSSESSIONS COULD BE IN DANGER

As the machine is too old to get the spare the customer was unhappy. We charged R550 for the job
My staff tried their best to assist but the client wanted to talk to me.
If the laptop works its valued at R2 000 (refurbished). I offered the lady the following:
A refund
Another laptop valued at R5000.
Marlene insisted that I buy her a new laptop at Incredible Connection in Menlyn.
Everything became clear. She brought the machine to take a chance on us. She never wanted the laptop fixed .
She wanted to scam me into buying her a new machine as computer shop like us live in fear of bad reviews.
She gave us no opportunity to fix the machine, the entire job was only for R550
She did not want my manager to assist her.
I work very hard in pleasing customers but sometimes you have to not give in to people when they are dishonest or there to scam you.

No apologies from Frans de Bruyn for his assaults and defamatory statements. He accepts no responsibility for the extensive, irreparable, and irreplaceable damages my computer incurred on the premises. ASSAULTS “Unlawfully and intentionally inspiring a belief in another person that force is immediately to be applied to him or her, with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm”. www.legalwise.co.za a) Frans de Bruyn threatened to hit me twice; threatened to throw my computer at me and sprayed me with Doom. DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS “Publically stating that a person is dishonest. Insults, false accusations, vulgar language and profanity like a swear word. The unlawful and intentional publication of statements that impairs another person’s reputation and dignity”. www.legalwise.co.za a) Frans de Bruyn accuses me of booking in an old laptop with a broken touch screen. My computer’s touch screen and DVD drive were not physically damaged when I booked it in at Intelligent Computing. The loose screen cable was broken and had to be repaired, as per the invoice dated 6 June 2022. I obviously wanted the cable to be repaired. A reputable computer business has determined that the loose screen cable was not replaced. b) Frans de Bruyn accuses me that I did not want my laptop fixed. He accuses me of being dishonest and scamming for Intelligent Computing to replace my broken computer with a new one. It is IMPOSSIBLE to scam for a new computer, BEFORE extensive, irreparable, and irreplaceable damages were incurred on the premises!! Absolutely atrocious. c) Frans de Bruyn used vulgar language, shouted at me and told me to F.... OFF three times. COMPUTER DAMAGES a) I know what the truth is and have a clear conscience. My computer was dropped on the premises and incurred extensive, irreparable, and irreplaceable damages to the touch screen and DVD drive. The touch screen was replaced without my knowledge and permission with an old, dirty non-touch screen. No mention by Intelligent Computing was made of the extensive damages to the DVD drive. b) I refused for the manager to go ahead and assist me with IMPOSSIBLE physical repairs. c) Considering the unlawful and extensive damages my computer incurred on the premises, I hereby request a full refund of R550 and a new computer replacement from Incredible Connection. The job to repair the loose screen cable was not executed. One questions Frans de Bruyn’s reactions if he had experienced such shocking customer services? BUSINESS REVIEWS Why are there so many bad reviews about the business.........? Social media, mass media, Facebook, the press and word of mouth are the most powerful platforms, worldwide.
