LIFE THREATENING EXPERIENCE AT INTELLIGENT COMPUTING
The customer service at Intelligent Computing is SHOCKING. No apologies from Frans de Bruyn for his assaults and defamatory statements. He accepts no responsibility for the extensive, irreparable, and irreplaceable damages my computer incurred on the premises.
ASSAULTS “Unlawfully and intentionally inspiring a belief in another person that force is immediately to be applied to him or her, with the intent to cause grievous bodily harm”. www.legalwise.co.za
a) Frans de Bruyn threatened to hit me twice; threatened to throw my computer at me and sprayed me with Doom.
DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS “Publically stating that a person is dishonest. Insults, false accusations, vulgar language and profanity like a swear word. The unlawful and intentional publication of statements that impairs another person’s reputation and dignity”. www.legalwise.co.za
a) Frans de Bruyn accuses me of booking in an old laptop with a broken touch screen. My computer’s touch screen and DVD drive were not physically damaged when I booked it in at Intelligent Computing. The loose screen cable was broken and had to be repaired, as per the invoice dated 6 June 2022. I obviously wanted the cable to be repaired. A reputable computer business has determined that the loose screen cable was not replaced.
b) Frans de Bruyn accuses me that I did not want my laptop fixed. He accuses me of being dishonest and scamming for Intelligent Computing to replace my broken computer with a new one. It is IMPOSSIBLE to scam for a new computer, BEFORE extensive, irreparable, and irreplaceable damages were incurred on the premises!! Absolutely atrocious.
c) Frans de Bruyn used vulgar language, shouted at me and told me to F.... OFF three times.
COMPUTER DAMAGES a) I know what the truth is and have a clear conscience. My computer was dropped on the premises and incurred extensive, irreparable, and irreplaceable damages to the touch screen and DVD drive. The touch screen was replaced without my knowledge and permission with an old, dirty non-touch screen. No mention by Intelligent Computing was made of the extensive damages to the DVD drive.
b) I refused for the manager to go ahead and assist me with IMPOSSIBLE physical repairs.
c) Considering the unlawful and extensive damages my computer incurred on the premises, I hereby request a full refund of R550 and a new computer replacement from Incredible Connection. The job to repair the loose screen cable was not executed. One questions Frans de Bruyn’s reactions if he had experienced such shocking customer services?
