 Unable to Reach Intercare Holdings – Escalation Barriers at Executive Level I have formally escalated a serious dental matter to Intercare Holdings at Board and executive level following ongoing complications after a root canal procedure. However, I have encountered significant difficulty in reaching the holding company directly. An email sent to the published Information Officer address was rejected by the mail server. The general “info@intercare.co.za” inbox responded with an automated message stating that it is not actively monitored. There appears to be no publicly accessible or clearly functional executive contact channel for the holding company. When a matter is escalated beyond facility level due to urgency and medical implications, there should be a clear, operational, and accountable route to the group’s executive office. At present, I have not been able to obtain confirmation that my formal Letter of Demand has reached the appropriate decision-makers within Intercare Holdings. This is not a complaint about frontline staff. It is a concern about corporate-level accessibility and accountability. I trust Intercare Holdings will clarify the correct and functional escalation channel and ensure that serious matters are not blocked at the email gateway.
