Hi, my name is Morwadi Letlake, on the 3rd of November 2015 i called intercell enquiring about their cellphone deals, then i order one of the phones which is Tablet from Jabu Ndlovu, everything went well until the time i received the phone and the simcard, only to find that the simcard is not working. i called back the Intercell several times but no one wanted to help me. i just told myself that because no one is willing to help i will just reverse the money of the debit order, yes i did then they started calling me back about the money and i tell the lady Soraya William that until they rectify the mistake then i dont have the problem of paying them.4th Feb 2016 Soraya send me a massage saying she has posted my simcard as soon as i get the simcard then will discuss about the payment. i asked her that since i was not using the simcard for 2 months does it show on the system that it is not working and she said YES.15 Feb 2016 i received a call from leon who she was calling to check if i received the sim i said yes then she said she's calling vodacom to activate the sim then she will call me back, yes Leon call me today saying according to their system i have been using the sim for 3
