This has been by far the most frustrating and and agonizing experience I've ever had as Intercel's customer. I purchased their fasted and most expensive fiber internet service 200Mbps/200Mbps but after the installation I got Download speeds of 5.86 Mbps and Upload speed of 1.24 Mbps and the latency fluctuates between 200 and 350ms. It has been 20 days of anguish! With a download speed of 5.86 Mbps, I experience painfully slower loading times for web pages, buffering when streaming videos in high definition, and longer download times for files. Their customer support is literally nonexistent so you will be on your own. You have been warned. Stay away!!!

This has been by far the most frustrating and and agonizing experience I've ever had as Intercel's customer. If you're thinking of signing up with Intercel for internet - forget it. It's now the 10th day of no internet. No decency from their side to inform me what the matter is. Instead I've been the one making contact with them regarding the issue. I've been promised to be called back but no call came through. I've been told they're attending to the problem but it's now the 10th day and the problem isn't resolved. When I call I get different stories of why the internet is down - their technical team has been escalating my problem "to Management " and guess what? No feedback from management either. I'm convinced this company does not value their clients - they just deduct from your bank account while their internet line keeps crashing and leave you without connectivity for 2 weeks.

The individuals handling the issue have been uncooperative, and it seems they lack the necessary qualifications for their service. I'm left with no option but to report them to ISPA, ICASA, and various platforms, including social media.

The worst evee.i received a broken charger and they just told me to buy another one.they not Samsung.just pathetic.i basically just got the phone and wanted to charge it and found the charger broken.and if i want to return phone a cancellation fee of R1300 is due by me.Pathetic the service.it wasnt like that before.What happened to consumers rights?

I have been paying for a 20mps line and I am lucky if the speed is even 3 mps!!!! I have emailed, sent photos of the test speed, called the helpline etc and nothing gets done to fix the problems. I am promised a call back, or reply but this does not happen. The only thing that happens regularly and on time is the arrival of my bill. Absolutely shocking customer service!

Hi, my name is Morwadi Letlake, on the 3rd of November 2015 i called intercell enquiring about their cellphone deals, then i order one of the phones which is Tablet from Jabu Ndlovu, everything went well until the time i received the phone and the simcard, only to find that the simcard is not working. i called back the Intercell several times but no one wanted to help me. i just told myself that because no one is willing to help i will just reverse the money of the debit order, yes i did then they started calling me back about the money and i tell the lady Soraya William that until they rectify the mistake then i dont have the problem of paying them.4th Feb 2016 Soraya send me a massage saying she has posted my simcard as soon as i get the simcard then will discuss about the payment. i asked her that since i was not using the simcard for 2 months does it show on the system that it is not working and she said YES.15 Feb 2016 i received a call from leon who she was calling to check if i received the sim i said yes then she said she's calling vodacom to activate the sim then she will call me back, yes Leon call me today saying according to their system i have been using the sim for 3
