If you're thinking of signing up with Intercel for internet - forget it.
It's now the 10th day of no internet. No decency from their side to inform me what the matter is. Instead I've been the one making contact with them regarding the issue. I've been promised to be called back but no call came through. I've been told they're attending to the problem but it's now the 10th day and the problem isn't resolved.
When I call I get different stories of why the internet is down - their technical team has been escalating my problem "to Management " and guess what? No feedback from management either.
I'm convinced this company does not value their clients - they just deduct from your bank account while their internet line keeps crashing and leave you without connectivity for 2 weeks.
