What a nightmare of a service. The only reason why we apply for loans is purely out of desperation. I don't understand how it takes 3 days to send through the monies agreed upon. Now I'm at point where I want my loan to be cancelled and reversed as I haven't received any funds from them yet. An agent by the name Lihle told me funds were only going to be paid tomorrow, I have waited since Saturday
I'm a month to month subscriber to this Xtend Fibre from Fleurhof... My issue is they are not reliable, I pay R440 every month but my connection always gets cuts off with no communication from them. Today is now Friday and I have been without internet since Thursday, the 19 December. I've raised multiple tickets but their support team also thinks we grew this money from trees. THEIR SERVICE IS DISGUSTING

In 2 days, will mark 30 days since I submitted my claim. No one from this organisation has communicated with that status of my claim. I honestly can't be waiting this log for them to pay out, let alone have one of their consultants to pretend to be at least helping me. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE
Would like to express my disappointment at the lack of communications by this company Did a claim on the 30th Sept....On the 8th Oct, I received an sms stating that they acknowledge my claim and that it usually takes 10 days to pay out. Guess what, today is the 10th day and now they say my previous employer didnt pay contributions. And now my claim is on hold NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOVER
Intercel Online Africa (South Africa) -Haven't had internet for the past 3 days and no one from their team has reached out to me for a resolution. I've only been a client for 5 days and 3 of those days I've had no internet
I ordered online on https://diesel.co.za/, I then realised that I had picked an incorrect colour. I logged a service call with DIESEL, to which they never rep**** too. My parcel got delivered and I didn't even open it, then organised for it to be returned. I got picked up last week Monday (22nd July) but still no one has reached out to me about my item or money (R4.500)
Spoke to a lady called Caroline over the phone. She was so rude and she abruptly hung up the phone. This after I was asking why "same day" loans would take weeks to pay out. My loan was approved on the 26th, still no funds. What part of emergency do they not understand? We take these out for emergency purposes not to be later frustrated by their incompetent ways
