I believe I've fallen victim to a ****. I connected on December 12th and made the payment on the 14th. However, on the 16th, I was disconnected. The individuals handling the issue have been uncooperative, and it seems they lack the necessary qualifications for their service. I'm left with no option but to report them to ISPA, ICASA, and various platforms, including social media.
