This has been by far the most frustrating and and agonizing experience I've ever had as Intercel's customer. I purchased their fasted and most expensive fiber internet service 200Mbps/200Mbps but after the installation I got Download speeds of 5.86 Mbps and Upload speed of 1.24 Mbps and the latency fluctuates between 200 and 350ms. It has been 20 days of anguish!

With a download speed of 5.86 Mbps, I experience painfully slower loading times for web pages, buffering when streaming videos in high definition, and longer download times for files.

Their customer support is literally nonexistent so you will be on your own. You have been warned.
