I have had an issue with overseas SMS roaming and now almost 2 months later the issue has still not been resolved!! They keep saying wait 48 hours and after 2 months and endless emails still no help!!! They do not treat their loyal customers with any respect!!! A very dissatisfied customer indeed!
I would rate Migrate2oz ten out of ten! Andrew Blanche is the most patient and helpful agent that one can deal with.

I have been paying for a 20mps line and I am lucky if the speed is even 3 mps!!!! I have emailed, sent photos of the test speed, called the helpline etc and nothing gets done to fix the problems. I am promised a call back, or reply but this does not happen. The only thing that happens regularly and on time is the arrival of my bill. Absolutely shocking customer service!
What a pleasure to go to a clean office, covered parking and extremely friendly and efficient staff. Thank you! An example that all Government departments should aspire to.
Extremely poor service from this company. System down or else some excuse for speeds as slow as 0.4 instead of the 20 being paid for. No internet again today and the helpdesk number not working either.

My number plate was falling off, pulled into Renault Alberton with my Duster. The manager had someone fix the problem immediately and there was no charge!! Fantastic service, what a lovely change in this day and age.
Unreliable!! I have stayed home for two days now and still no bank cards. Received a SMS to say they were 2 minutes away, still waiting!!! Stayed in the whole day again today as they were delivering between 8am &4pm, no delivery! On calling the company I am told I "missed" the courier!!! I never left my home for even one minute! Now to stay home for day 3 in the hope of recieving my bank cards!!!!!
Disgraceful communication, I am entitled to this app without payment as part of my FNB bank account. Last year I paid for the app before I realised I could get it free of charge so this year I have tried now for weeks to get the app opened but to no avail. The chat function stops working midway through a session, no answer to their phones either in Johannesburg or Cape Town. A very poor show!
