I've accessed the app through FNB and have never had a problem untill today 04/01/2025...i visited nonnas in Gateway Umhlanga and was told i can only redeem one voucher per visit which i never had a problem redeeming multiple on one seating, i then proceeded to manhattans in Gateway thereafter and was told they no longer offer entertainer deals even though it shows on the app because apparently the owner of Manhattans haven't been getting reimbursed by the entertainer app...very frustrating!!

I bought a pair of vr glasses, but I had to download the vr app. When I installed the app, they immediately took an amount of R300 and something. No warning no asking for permission. I would not have downloaded the app if I knew it cost so much. Then it took me to a single site where you could "chat" to people. Not only do I not want the app anymore, but I want a refund. These people are a bunch of ****mers

I bought R450 electricity on vodapay app on the 5th of September 2023 and they provide me with invalid token even today they can't assist me they said i must go to municipality and i went to municipality they can't help me with because they aren't associated with vodapay app electricity

Very poor customer support. I have been trying to log into my account for months and have been emailing the provided email address for support. I get a message in response saying that I will be contacted with 48 hour but this never materialises. I have tried calling the numbers provided and get no response 011 593 2253, 082 528 8084 and 021 276 1761. Extremely disappointed and amazed that a business can be run like this???
