STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IS THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU!!! After spending more than 10k on products which was delivered with missing items and also defect products...owner is dishonest and communication is pathetic
I've accessed the app through FNB and have never had a problem untill today 04/01/2025...i visited nonnas in Gateway Umhlanga and was told i can only redeem one voucher per visit which i never had a problem redeeming multiple on one seating, i then proceeded to manhattans in Gateway thereafter and was told they no longer offer entertainer deals even though it shows on the app because apparently the owner of Manhattans haven't been getting reimbursed by the entertainer app...very frustrating!!

On the 20/03/2021 at 8am i visited the Post office at Hyper by the sea in Durban North and i am very disappointed with the poor service that i experienced. I had come in to the branch to do my vehicle license renewal. Firstly the person who attended to me behind the glass counter supposedly by the name of Welcom Ndlovu (this is the name that was given to me by the manager) was very rude from the beginning when he called me next from the que. He immediately just asked for all my documents with no greeting whatsoever. This is the first time i haven't been sent a letter for renewal but received an sms so i asked him before handing over if i needed to fill in the form, which i already had and he just told me "give me your ID, proof of residence and form" with a loud tone and very rudely and disrespectfully totally disregarding my question and even listening to what i had to say. At this point i had kept quite and given it to him and then told him that he was being very rude! Next thing he refused and told me to use the next counter for assistance as he didnt want to help me anymore. This made me furious because you cant deny me a service when i am a tax paying citizen, he refused and denied me any help or assistamt and literally chased me away from the counter and called the next client. Secondly on reporting this to the manager, he didnt even assist me or do anything to rectify the issue , all he said is that he will talk to him . I never recieve this type of poor service from any other branch. Then when i said thats not good enough he asked me what must he do!?....the level of service is very very poor in yourls branch and yourll need to do something about it. I will not be attending this branch again and i will make sure i inform everyone else from refraining from using this branch!
