I do not recommend working with Kim Koopman, its possible that other client managers offer a better service, however after working with her for nearly 18 month trying to get visas in place for myself and family her communication, customer service skills and overall attitude leaves much to be desired. After surrendering more then 20K for their services I would expect much more from this company. Poor service, Miscommunication, complete lack of communication and confusing processes, in addition to being handled like an inconvenience rather then a respected partner in this process have characterized my Journey with Intergate. Clearly, they have no control over DHA and poor practices from the government side; but they should be able to manage their own people and ensure that the care received by international clients is far superior to what is often found here in South Africa. The wait time and errors from DHA side are hard enough--having to manage additional insult from a company that I have paid to help me has put me over the top.
