TERRIBLE SERVICE !! Charge for transport, Tax Clearance, then lose your parcels - promise in an email to refund the transport cost it has now been 9months and still no refund, I have given up. - Do NOT believe anything Elijah the General Manager says - full of empty promises. Still not received anything despite email from 3 Decmber. This is just the start of my scathing reveiws.
