Poor and ******** behavior

It has been a full week now requesting a mere 4 statement of my my TFG ( Foschini group) account without luck from emails and calls. I wonder how must I request this from you guys so that I can send it to my possible employer to proceed vetting me for an employment offer I am promised.

Just for you failing to send me a mere statement I could lose getting a job after 2 years of sickness and unemployment!!!!! if i ever fail to get this job then its all your fault that i failed to get a job to alleviate my situation from being unable to pay for my accounts to getting them to a healthy status.
