I’ve been promised escalations for my case I even lost hope. Fully regret making business with this company.
Empty Promises with no results and my money still goes every month as if it’s normal. I am getting frustrated and frustrated with the service I am getting from these company called webuycars that is giving me grief and a poorly given service, empty promises made with regard to resolving my case. My story follows below, I bought a BMW 320i Steptronic from webuyscars midstream midrand. The car i bought was an A- type meaning the car is a Car with low mileage, warranty and financed through the big banks in South Africa and that the car is still in good condition and worth buying unlike a B-type car that cannot be financed through the banks but a cash sale only so meaning if ever you experience problems with the vehicle they are yours as the owner. So the car i bought from we buy Cars is in-fact an A-type so this car should not give me problems In less than a month with this car in my hands and a clean Dekra report of the car with a green sticker on it. i got the car beginning of July and the car was driving just fine with no faults or anything but suddenly coming back from school which is 1km away from my house just at my gate i parked the car while waiting for the gate to open and the car just lost all water and coolant while the car was standing at the gate. I called my Insurance to assist with a tow truck to take the car BMW Westrand knowing as part of the purchase i was given a warranty policy from INNOVATION group as part of the deal i signed for. so at BMW they did a diagnostic on the car found out the following: 1.The oil filter housing is leaking. 2. The engine oil cooler housing is leaking. 3. The side head connector flange is leaking. 4. The coolant pump housing is leaking. All this would need replacement and the cost is R24401.44 and INNOVATION say they do not fully cover this components but they only cover up to R9000 for this bill and i have to pay the balance of R15401.44 on a car that is just 1 month in my hands! Mind you the FNI at webuycars gets you to sign for these useless INNOVATION group warranty that does not even send you a full policy document so that you can read the policy to understand exclusions from the policy and from the office of webuycars INNOVATION is well talked about and is made part of the finance agreement when you sign for the car. I have a claim number with INNOVATION Group : 752754 and i also logged a complaint at Webuycars but no one seems to care of the situation because i was told someone will contact me to find out what is the problem and it never happened. If the Dekra report i have in my position for this car is true why would a car leak all this parts and its not shown on the Dekra report? Am i ****med by Webuycars? I have not gotten an answer from webuycars and the person who assisted me with the finance application told me she cannot help me its out of her hands because all paperwork is signed. I genuinely believe i've been hit with a ****. When talking to webuycars when they called me they told me the is a usage fee of R18300 and some few rands, then I posed a question of then what shall happen to my money that’s been deducted but I do not have a car on my hands? That’s when I got a call to say they’re escalating my matter to find out what will then happen to my instalments taken from me but nothing ever happened or no one never came back to me and life went back to normal I got debited an instalment end of July,August and September which I clearly don’t understand why because that’s the same money over and above the usage report I am asked to pay! I do not have a car with me and how on earth must I pay usage report while being debited for the car I don’t have? This is a ripoff and it must stop and stop now not later because I see my account getting debited again this month because of delayed response from webuyscars spitefully and ******** behaviour I am presented with for no reason whatsoever! Am I the only one getting this type of poor treatment and lack of business ethics?

my name is Amanda Thekiso policy number: AL150000000716297 I submitted my claim on Monday evening and i got a confirmation email of my submission and it is stated in the acknowledgement email sent to me saying i will get payment within 24 to 48 hours. To my surprise its Thursday today and i still didn't get payout and i have the funeral tomorrow to organize. You always advertise seamless claiming process but this is not what i am seeing now and i am getting frustrated every minute that goes passed because of your postponements and delays cost on my claim which i need the money today hence i claimed on Monday to allow your process to unfold but now this is too much. and this is not the first time i experience this type of service from Assupol because because When Sisanda July passed on i experienced this, when my mother passed on the same thing happened and i don't understand why must i complain first before you could do whats supposed to happen. People i have a funeral to run and this disappointments and poor service from you is so too much for me to handle in the situation i am in right now.

I wonder how must I request this from you guys so that I can send it to my possible employer to proceed vetting me for an employment offer I am promised. Just for you failing to send me a mere statement I could lose getting a job after 2 years of sickness and unemployment!!!!! if i ever fail to get this job then its all your fault that i failed to get a job to alleviate my situation from being unable to pay for my accounts to getting them to a healthy status.

I am So disappointed and ****ed off with the service i got for the 3rd time in consecutive counts and this time i am not letting it pass. i ordered 3 mc feast original and 1 mc feast spicy, kiddies meal cheese burger, 6 nuggets with sweet and sour source, 1 big mac, i asked for 2 cream soda no ice, fanta orange no ice, coke no ice, 1 watermelon mcfizz instead of what i ordered i got, nuggets with jalapeno dip, 3 cream sodas and 1 fanta orange, no catchup. so my 4 year old must eat nuggets with jalapino spicy sauce, Big mac i ordered i am speechless with all the food presentation with this dry big mac not what i ordered after standing 30 minutes on a drive through. ive never had a good service from this mc donalds. i stay at azaadville gardens and this is the most convenient for me but i always prefer Mc Donalds onderkas road for their wonderful service not this joke in krugersdorp. My Daughter applied and got a student number but when we tried to call admissions we were told that they are busy with people who applied last year. My worry is staying with her home having nothing to do because the university fails to communicate if she has space or not and why if not. If i need to pay any money above what the course demands can i be told how much is needed so that i can pay since ia cannot afford to a child not studying in my house
