Failure of Duty of Care: Hygiene Risks and Concerning Leadership Conduct
I am extremely concerned about the conduct of leadership at International Maarif School situated in Mondeor It has been reported that Mr Kritzinger told learners to “get out of his class,” and that Mrs Delport made statements indicating that learners should be “afraid.” This type of conduct is deeply concerning, as it creates an environment of fear rather than one of safety, respect, and support. Schools have a clear duty of care to ensure both the physical and psychological wellbeing of learners. Behaviour of this nature raises serious concerns about whether that duty is being upheld. As a parent, this is not the standard of care or professionalism expected from a private school environment.
