They delivered beyond my lowest expectations!

I have to admit that I did not have high hopes that I will get my parcel delivered successfully once I read the previous reviews but boy oh boy was I pleasantly surprised...

Their customer service was on point in the sense that whatever query I emailed them about, I will receive immediate response even if it was automated but then I also received personal responses. I felt that they kept me in the loop pretty well.

Even throughout the email correspondence I was still skeptical about the actual delivery. It was after all my first time dealing with them and on top it all the bad reviews of customers, BUT... they delivered my parcel was delivered today. I'm a happy Cape Town customer.
