Unprofessional services

😤 Internet Express 😔

I was extremely disappointed with Internet Express. Their service is severely delayed, and the consultants are unhelpful and rude. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I've had better experiences elsewhere.

Specific issues: - Delays in service - Consultants lacking empathy and knowledge - Unresolved issues despite multiple follow-ups

Until they improve, I'd advise others to look elsewhere.
