I am defeated as I am writing this review. Internet Express is the worst courier company that Bob Shop has worked with. Last year September they lost my item and they just went silent, I had to contact Bob Shop to sort it out, luckily, Bob Shop replaced the item. Today, I received some else's parcel and not mine, they had two different waybill numbers on one parcel, how could they make this silly mistake. I made follow up calls, they advised that my item is being sent back to the merchant, however, the merchant has not received any communication from Internet Express advising that they are sending back the item, I am sure that they just wanted me to get off their backs.
