Would have given zero stars if possible. Almost ruined the holiday. Refused to give us a car on the basis that we had a NI driving license but not the paper counterpart. Several other companies at Heathrow airport were willing to accept this but not interrent. There was nothing on their website to suggest this was required. The wait for the shuttle from the airport took about 30 mins and we had to call twice to find out where they were. Then the wait in the queue upon arrival was at least another 30 mins. The staff were slow to serve the customers and overall unhelpful. We managed to get a full refund from the company that we booked through because they agreed the additional paperwork interrent were asking for was unnecessary and were shocked by the poor service we reported. Overall terrible service - DO NOT USE INTERRENT!
