1 star exceeds my experience by far! From the manager to the 3 attendants who sat there s******ing and rolling their eyes, while not being able to use basic English to explain anything. And then trying to sell me insurance, as that which I've already paid for through RentalCars, was and I quote: 'I don't know IF you will be refunded or compensated if you did submit a claim.' I confirmed pick-up time an hour before (10am), voucher stated 10 am. BUT their system-InterRent said 2pm. Rentalcars system showed 10am.They even, out of spite wanted to change the booked vehicle, that had already been processed. That back-fired, though! Too little, too late! Never have I been dealt with in such a manner. I need therapy after the verbal and emotional abuse dished out by all. The only decent and civil communication was with the Portuguese lady that drove the shuttle bus. Thank you RentalCars, Ricardo, for saving the day and sorting this out.
