Their customer service and communication s****s are appalling, to say the least!!
Going to try and make a long story short. They contacted me about an internet service that they were offering and sounded good so we went ahead with the registration. I've already paid and more than 2 weeks have now passed and I still don't have an internet connection and I have NO idea when the installation will happen.
The first couple of times the receptionist tells me that the people I'm looking for is not in the office and tells me they will contact me as soon as their in. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. Finally got through to the lady I was looking for and she couldn't tell me a damn thing and keeps telling me she will contact me as soon as she has heard from the guys doing the installation. Once again NO RESPONSE! They have NEVER contacted me back and this after 2 weeks.
One simple 2 min phone call is not that difficult even if there is no news, just keep me updated.
I work from home and it's pretty difficult doing work with no internet and these people just don't give a ****.
Try and avoid doing any business with them and seeing the other bad ratings I'm not surprised.
