Worse service ever

I have on car spares from Interspares on lone on the 26/03/2019 and rather than the purchase payment confirmation I haven't heard a word from them till to date. I have phone them several times yesterday and the only information I get is that they will follow it up and contact me but I haven't been contacted I now not sure if this is a scam.
