I used the service in 2019 and was very happy with them. Amazing service back then. From the time I logged the request until the time I was totally sorted with all info was 5 hours. Within an hour of payment I got details.
I used the service yesterday 17/12/2025 and this time, I'm not happy. Paid the upfront R250 fee using instant payment. Sent pop to admin as per site instructions. 24 hours has now passed. No reply from any of the email address I used and the mobile number for BRENT says: "The subscriber you have dialed is not available at present." solidly for the last 24h. The website intertel.co.za bounced me to intertelinvestigations.com where I got details and instructions on how to pay. Today intertel.co.za is offline totally. Except for an error message that says: "Error establishing a database connection"
If this company still exists please can someone help.
