THIS SERVICE NO LONGER WORKS. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY
I used the service in 2019 and was very happy with them. Amazing service back then. From the time I logged the request until the time I was totally sorted with all info was 5 hours. Within an hour of payment I got details. I used the service yesterday 17/12/2025 and this time, I'm not happy. Paid the upfront R250 fee using instant payment. Sent pop to admin as per site instructions. 24 hours has now passed. No reply from any of the email address I used and the mobile number for BRENT says: "The subscriber you have dialed is not available at present." solidly for the last 24h. The website intertel.co.za bounced me to intertelinvestigations.com where I got details and instructions on how to pay. Today intertel.co.za is offline totally. Except for an error message that says: "Error establishing a database connection" If this company still exists please can someone help. Your site says: "If you don’t want the ****bags to get away with ****ming you then you need to act quickly. Time is not on your side – its on theirs. " In 24h the **** bags can be on the other side of the planet. What ever happened to acting quickly?

What is the name you give to people who take your money and don't give you the service requested?
This is what I found. The exact same as other reviewers. Once they receive their R 250 payment after advising you that they have gathered information, they ignore you further. No tax invoice is issued. What is the name you give to people who take your money and don't give you the service requested? You decide.

On 25 January 2022 i paid Intertel to do an investigation for me, after they confirmed that they received the payment (Angela ) they went silent not responding to any of my emails. Please provide what i paid for or refund my money...

All round i'm more than happy with the outcome of my investigation, but my only frustration [and the reason this isn't a 5 star review] is that you don't provide your contact details on your webpage. Granted, you gave them to me when I emailed and i'm glad I phoned after that, but I think some people won't bother [just trying to help you]. Maybe look into that. Otherwise fantastic work and many thanks.

Ignored after payment
No response after a month and thousands of follow ups??? And yes that was after the required payment. Come one!!!

Nevermind All The Negative Reviews, This Company is Great!
Nevermind all the other negative reviews. Upon inspection it has come to my attention that those people have either not paid for the services they claim to have paid for, unnecessarily rude and bitter claiming that they have not received a response from Intertel which isn't a reason to give them a 1 star. I have used their service and although they couldn't fulfill the prerogative, I was fully refunded for the services paid for. This is a good company run by good people. Trust this review. I'm stingy with good reviews and they are well deserving. I have used TrustPilot, which is something like HelloPeter but on an International scale, and it was revealed that people get paid by competitors to write either bad or good reviews for whatever was agreed upon in order to tarnish the reputation of a company or falsely boost a poorly performing company. Most of these negative reviews are paid for. Give them a try. Intertel is the best option to go for.
