An absolutely atrocious service provider. Despicable and appalling. Their website does not work, their Chat bot does not work, their agents sit under the sun all day and do not answer phone calls. Their area coverage map does not work. Absolute *******!!!
Potchefstroom store not yet open, opening soon. From what I can see on their menu offering are a delicious selection of boiled sea food, quite a pricey menu for a student dominant area but there are more expensive shops in the same area, so they stand a good chance to fight for our hunger. I do not like how they wrap the food in plastic, but I guess they do not have other options. Friendly owner although lacks effective communication skills. I would suggest they attend a short course on Customer Service and Business Communication and Digital Marketing.
This is a business that helps unemployed or underpaid employees generate an extra source of income by providing them with in-depth knowledge of procuring raw products and manufacturing cleaning products for home use on a mass scale in the form of eBooks. The success stories are tremendous, from a group of unemployed women who turned a run-down ****a shop from the apartheid era into a detergent factory where they are employing young girls, to a lady who provides stock for retail giants such as Pick n Pay and Spar and many others who provide acid for pit-latrines in rural areas. They do extensive research and you buy your money's worth. My only issue with them is that they do not have stock of raw materials themselves, and they are not in cahoots with other giants who self-produce their products at a large scale to procure for those who cannot afford large-scale raw products and processing. They should work together as they lack the intelligence behind Liquigents' success, should they manage to do that then I will give them a 5-star rating. For now, they are among the best in their class, and they have room to grow into a fine business establishment.
This is a soap manufacturing company that is obsessed with cleanliness. Operating in the small town of Potchefstroom with virtually no competition at all, they do not allow that fact to get to their heads and end up being a pompous monopoly, no, not resdpot, they operate like they need to pass the final exams every single day! They are always studying the market, they brought themselves closer to the market, they employ locals, they interact, they make you feel a part of the process, they share their growth and achievements, and they would even give you a free boerie-roll with your purchase on a fine Saturday late morning. They just love their community more than they love their business which is why their customer care is 5 stars all the way, but I am giving them 4 for lack of appropriate communication for job adverts. This is the one department where they need training and how to interact with potential employees who are a part of their target market. It is a cycle of life that they need to bring out their best soap and polish and make it shine! Not only do they have soap and polish but household essentials like coffee, toilet paper, tea among others to get you into the groove of cleaning every morning and in bulk offers too! Redspot saves you time and money. They give back to the community in large folds as they recently donated a hefty amount of cleaning supplies to the Abram Kriel Home for orphaned and destitute children. God bless their mighty hearts.
I cannot begin to express gratitude for this hidden gem in the small town of Potchefstroom where competition is strife and saturated. They have the best customer service of all of their local competitors. They are friendly and always smiling and this is an understatement, even when they are frustrated with the workload and backlogs it causes and the store is full of clients with different needs, they are always smiling and in the most charming way. They are not even afraid to ask for help from the client if they do not understand something. The consultant could not understand the query that I sent via email, and I showed them how to do it, and s senior staff member walked by and remarked "Now this is great customer service from the customer, you learned something new today" to the consultant helping me and everyone kept on smiling. Other print businesses downscale their print quality for simple documents such as CVs, but KEX Photobooks uses the same consistent high quality throughout, and they are the cheapest where their competitors charge R3, they charge R1, but it is not the price that keeps me going back, it is their level of care that captures my attention. When you print more than 5 pages, they give you a disposable yet resealable plastic sleeve to protect your documents. I used this sleeve to present my CV to a recruiting officer and they exclaimed "WOW! So, fancy!" I never stopped going there until I relocated back to Pretoria,I miss them so much. My only issue with them is that they do not have a Facebook page as I struggle to refer new clients to their store and their new store across Mooirivier Mall. They should open a Facebook business page to keep us posted and up to date with trends and news, then they will definitely get 5 stars, for now I will settle for 4.
This is a business that keeps growing from pillar to pillar. They take their customer services very seriously and they work to bring you the best food found on elite restaurant menus straight to the township with none of the elite price mark-ups. Nowhere else in the WORLD can you find steak and prawns sold in a township restaurant and with their ridiculously low price. Their burgers are gobsmacking, and they come toasted with their business logo, you eat their delicious name!!!! We complained about the chairs and within the month they changed premises to accommodate our needs, we complained about Hubbly smoke, and they created a smoking area and a child-friendly area. WOW. I will be returning back, hungry for more!
Today I was humiliated by a retail services division field officer of Fidelity Security Services at Clicks Group's Clicks at Mabopane Square Shopping centre after she had accused me of *****ing. I was on my way to withdraw cash at Capitec, but I arrived at a time when Cash Services division of Fidelity Security group was busy doing their routine work which meant I could not use the ATM at the given time, I therefore went to Clicks to check out prices because I needed body lotion in the meantime the Cash Services Security Officers do their work. A price banner promoting an item for sale fell and I struggled to out it back and I knelt to read the prices behind the banner. Instead of greeting me, welcoming me, and asking if I needed assistance, they accused me of stuffing lotion in my crotch, without Footage evidence and without the RFID tag alarms by the exit doors going off. I posed no sense of suspicion as I purchased medicine and toiletries on Special at Clicks for R600 at least 4 times a year. She failed her PSIRA Grade C competency upon the merit wherein she is hired to execute and administer. She failed to identify the Threat, analyze the situation, and deal with it professionally. even if I had ****** the items, there is no proper protocol that was adhered to. No CCTV Footage, no witness, no alarms and absolutely no evidence at all which deems me to open a case of defamation of character. I am an upstanding, moral, resolute and a well respected member of the Mabopane Community. I will not have my image and trust to my brand tarnished by the likes of the *********** individuals hired by Fidelity who fail to live up to the values of their employer. What will my clients say when they hear that I was shoplifting at Clicks? And I told them that I was a shareholder of Clicks and they laughed at me!
This is a good company dedicated to the safety of the people. My only concern is that they are only interested in the safety of white Afrikaaners. If you are Black you are automatically a suspect. I was stopped while riding in the neighborhood of Miederpark, and I was told that I was being suspicious. I had not stopped in front of anyone's property nor conduct myself in any illegitimate activities that would harm the safety of another person. They swore at me, threatened to shoot me and they were very rude. They told me that they didn't want to see me again in my own residential area.
Nevermind all the other negative reviews. Upon inspection it has come to my attention that those people have either not paid for the services they claim to have paid for, unnecessarily rude and bitter claiming that they have not received a response from Intertel which isn't a reason to give them a 1 star. I have used their service and although they couldn't fulfill the prerogative, I was fully refunded for the services paid for. This is a good company run by good people. Trust this review. I'm stingy with good reviews and they are well deserving. I have used TrustPilot, which is something like HelloPeter but on an International scale, and it was revealed that people get paid by competitors to write either bad or good reviews for whatever was agreed upon in order to tarnish the reputation of a company or falsely boost a poorly performing company. Most of these negative reviews are paid for. Give them a try. Intertel is the best option to go for.
This company conducted an illegal application for an insurance policy on behalf of a colleague of mine who banks with ABSA, it was due to debit the money today (2019/02/25) Monday. But fortunately she was able to stop the process and prompt cancellation of the policy. No questions were asked by either party and the policy was cancelled hassle free.
