Great company for Afrikaaners, Worst enemy to Black People.
This is a good company dedicated to the safety of the people. My only concern is that they are only interested in the safety of white Afrikaaners. If you are Black you are automatically a suspect. I was stopped while riding in the neighborhood of Miederpark, and I was told that I was being suspicious. I had not stopped in front of anyone's property nor conduct myself in any illegitimate activities that would harm the safety of another person. They swore at me, threatened to shoot me and they were very rude. They told me that they didn't want to see me again in my own residential area.

Really dependable
We had to make use of Mooirivier Beskerming in 2 emergencies recently. They responded swiftly and efficiently. They really deserve a 5 star rating.

Mooirivier Beskerming (or Bekerming?)
The CEO considers himself too important to make contact with paying customers, after requesting a call from him twice. Their "reaction" services are slower than a slow cooker with a lamb-roast. The finances department, where they milk money from customers, "magically" sent invoices to the correct address, however, the reports we needed for our insurance (the service we paid for) was "sent" to the wrong address. We waited 5 WEEKS for their technical department to come take a look at our system. FIVE WEEKS!

Some Abrupt Workers, Very slow even when receiving a tip off
I called Mooirivier Beskerming to ask them a simple question.. asked them if there were any house break-ins within the past two weeks. The abrupt JP tells me he can’t give me information I must ask the police that question. I told him to tell his supervisor to call me. JP calls me back and tells me the supervisor said he will not call me because he will give me the same answer that JP has given me. Than he tells me he lives in My area and there hasn't been any problems in many months.. but last week I phoned to tell mooirivier beskerming two men are busy at a house and when they saw me they stopped. They said they will watch the street.. none of them came to watch... they called me back and said they cant find them... a while later I called them again to say the Two men stole from a house near me and were running with the stolen goods past my house and mooirivier beskerming bakkie pitched up after the thieves ran away and coudnt catch them... in broad daylight

Mooirivier Beskerming
We've been using Mooirivier beskerming for almost 3 years now and are satisfied with the services we've received. I was helped for free when our remotes needed new batteries and they've came out to our property to check for intruders on a few occasions and always give feedback (though not always as quick as we'd liked). We are 2 postgrad students and safety is extremely important for us.

Mooirivier Beskerming
We've been using Mooirivier beskerming for almost 3 years now and are satisfied with the services we've received. Not trustworthy and unreliable
<p>Do not trust this amateur "security company".</p> <p> </p> <p>They are dishonest (claim to respond to alarms when they do not) and extremely tardy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Do not trust your valuable property of lives with this company.</p> <p> </p> <p>Any attempt to complain to management is disregarded. There are much better options available.</p>

Mooirivier beskerming not so MOOI
I live in Protea manor Potchefstroom our gate motor broke on January 28 2015 therefore I contacted body corporate to report the problem they then said to me that mooi rivier beskerming dienste is responsible for the gate. Today is February the 3rd and still nothing has happened , I contact mooirivier every single day to get an update when are they coming to fix the motor and all I hear is one of the technicians will come and have a look today. There is round about 14 people who lives here 3 of that is guys the rest girls therefore I feel it is extremely unsafe for everyone living here. Today we caught an intruder on the property and he then ran thats how easy it is to gain access to the property. Mooirivier did put a temporary motor in today but its also not working so please dont use that as an excuse because you guys are not doing your job as good should have. Just because we are students living here does not mean our safety is less important.
