Missing half the items
I paid over R300 for a seafood boil for 1, however when I got the order, there where items such as the potatoes, boiled eggs, shrimp, mussels and sweetcorn missing, I also ordered Tartar sauce which did not arrive

Sea Food Boil Deliciousness
Potchefstroom store not yet open, opening soon. From what I can see on their menu offering are a delicious selection of boiled sea food, quite a pricey menu for a student dominant area but there are more expensive shops in the same area, so they stand a good chance to fight for our hunger. I do not like how they wrap the food in plastic, but I guess they do not have other options. Friendly owner although lacks effective communication skills. I would suggest they attend a short course on Customer Service and Business Communication and Digital Marketing.

Under seasoned food Seafood Boil SA
Their food is under seasoned. They charge you for late pick up but there is no reimbur*****t for their being late of which I had to wait at a said location for over 30 minutes to receive my under season food and sauce. They advertise well, their logistics make no sense.
