Disappointing to say the least

Very disappointed. We paid a lot of money to move to Durban from the UK. Our goods were beautifully packed in the uk and professionally moved to Durban however on delivery we were disappointed when it arrived on the back of an overloaded bakkie which was also lob sided. I think it is disgraceful and I have not had any courteous call from the company
