Pathetic Planning - not customer service and reliability
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Rajesh the operations guy has absolutely no idea what he is doing. collection/delivery dates change, lack and no communication even after promising. Doesnt respond to messages. Cuts the call. Company asks you to make payment upfront so they can mess you around with dates ignoring your commitments and not fulfilling their obligations. I had deliveries moved by a whole week after committing to dates. Rajesh, who promises to call before delivery does not and had delivered goods outside of business hours, 7pm at night, in the dark during a rain storm.

We had a great experience with Intertrans Movers. They handled the move of our office equipment from Cape Town to Johannesburg smoothly and professionally. Everything arrived safely, and their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Intertrans Movers. They handled the move of our office equipment from Cape Town to Johannesburg smoothly and professionally. Everything arrived safely, and their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Great Moving Experience
We have just had Intertrans Movers move (through Orchid Moves) our household goods from Durban to Cape Town. Ronnie, the driver, was excellent in keeping us informed on his whereabouts and estimated time of arrival. The guys were efficient and quick in both loading and offloading our goods. Their stacking of boxes and furniture was amazing!

Great Moving Experience

Excellent service rendered by Ronnie and his crew from Intertrans. They went out of their way to assist us in a professional and punctual manner. Their collection and delivery of our furniture was handled with utmost care. Ronnie communicated very well with us, keeping us informed of the whereabouts of our furniture at all times. Disappointing to say the least
Very disappointed. We paid a lot of money to move to Durban from the UK. Our goods were beautifully packed in the uk and professionally moved to Durban however on delivery we were disappointed when it arrived on the back of an overloaded bakkie which was also lob sided. I think it is disgraceful and I have not had any courteous call from the company

We recently had quite a complicated move -a local move and some items going into storage for delivery at a later date to another location. The Intertrans team were very friendly, worked fast and tried their best to make the experience as stress- free as possible. This is the second time we have used Intertrans and we would definitely use them again.

Near and far
We recently had quite a complicated move -a local move and some items going into storage for delivery at a later date to another location. The Intertrans team were very friendly, worked fast and tried their best to make the experience as stress- free as possible. This is the second time we have used Intertrans and we would definitely use them again.
