Excellent service from Ronnie and his Crew
Excellent service rendered by Ronnie and his crew from Intertrans. They went out of their way to assist us in a professional and punctual manner. Their collection and delivery of our furniture was handled with utmost care. Ronnie communicated very well with us, keeping us informed of the whereabouts of our furniture at all times. Ronnie and his crew are very reliable and hardworking. Ronnie was extremely professional and very accommodating. Their quotes are affordable and we highly recommend their service! Thank you to Ronnie and his crew. We are very happy customers.

Disappointing to say the least
Very disappointed. We paid a lot of money to move to Durban from the UK. Our goods were beautifully packed in the uk and professionally moved to Durban however on delivery we were disappointed when it arrived on the back of an overloaded bakkie which was also lob sided. I think it is disgraceful and I have not had any courteous call from the company

Near and far
We recently had quite a complicated move -a local move and some items going into storage for delivery at a later date to another location. The Intertrans team were very friendly, worked fast and tried their best to make the experience as stress- free as possible. This is the second time we have used Intertrans and we would definitely use them again.

Near and far
We recently had quite a complicated move -a local move and some items going into storage for delivery at a later date to another location. The Intertrans team were very friendly, worked fast and tried their best to make the experience as stress- free as possible. This is the second time we have used Intertrans and we would definitely use them again.

Best Moving Company
We recently moved from Durban to the Cape — a major relocation involving two full homes — and I can say without hesitation that the team who helped us made this move not only possible but remarkable. From the very first visit by Naren, who provided a professional and honest quote with empathy and insight, to Ronnie and his absolutely incredible team who handled the packing, driving, and unpacking — every step of the way was handled with exceptional care and respect. These men worked tirelessly. They packed, wrapped, protected, carried, drove, unpacked, unwrapped — and all of it with patience, humility, and good humour. They treated our belongings (and our homes) like they were their own. Their level of customer service is something you never see anymore — not just “good” service, but a level of care and effort that borders on insane dedication. In a world of generic, tick-box service, this team reminded us what true professionalism and heart looks like. I cannot thank or recommend them enough. If you are moving — whether locally or long-distance — this is the team you want beside you. They went above and beyond in every possible way.

Do not use this moving company!
Do not use Intertrans movers moving company. They *****, they break, they de*****, and they lie. Not only are Intertrans movers the most unprofessional moving company i have ever used, but they are also the most disorganized company or business I have ever come across. They (Mathew) do not communicate. They (Mathew) are never on time. They do not send the right size truck. They do not have their own tools for dismantling or assembly. They are very slow. They break things en transit. They do not have enough blankets or bubble wrap. They ***** things when out of sight. They claim to have insurance but disappear when you try to claim. Their entire management do not respond to complaint email or calls. Mathew, the operations manager, makes all sorts of promises, then disappears and does not respond to calls or even whatsapps. What a painful experience dealing with Intertrans movers.

Run far away from them
Stay away from this company. Over a month and I still have not received a bag they "forgot" to deliver. Communication is bad and service is even worse. All I've heard is stories. I would not recommend them at all. There are far better removal companies
