Pathetic Planning - not customer service and reliability
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. Rajesh the operations guy has absolutely no idea what he is doing. collection/delivery dates change, lack and no communication even after promising. Doesnt respond to messages. Cuts the call. Company asks you to make payment upfront so they can mess you around with dates ignoring your commitments and not fulfilling their obligations. I had deliveries moved by a whole week after committing to dates. Rajesh, who promises to call before delivery does not and had delivered goods outside of business hours, 7pm at night, in the dark during a rain storm.
