We’ve been trying for months to send just two parcels through UPS, and the entire process has been nothing but frustrating. As a first-timer handling shipping, I expected some guidance -iinstead, I’ve been passed from one person to another, each giving different instructions. First, we were told we needed to set up a customer profile, then later told we didn’t. Every time we think we’re getting closer to a solution, someone new gets involved, and the process starts over again. It’s overwhelming and confusing, especially when all we want to do is pay and send our parcels. It’s been weeks of emails, mixed messages, and delays. For such a large company, I expected more clarity and support -especially for small businesses or individuals trying to use UPS for the first time.
