Shocking quality of work.
The workmanship is horrible and they don't even have the decency to get back to you when you are unhappy with the quality off work. As long as they get their money they write you off. The windows that was installed had 20mm gaps which they filled up with silicone which is now falling out. there is more silicone on the wall then in the gap between the window and the wall which is also delaminating. Numerous phone calls was made in attempt to get hold of them to come and fix the problems but with no success. I honestly wont recommend them to anyone to use as they don't care about the quality of work and has absolutely no after sales service. Pathetic to say the least.

I have installed frameles glass windows from Inutex in Cape Town They came up to Upington to have it installed and half of the windows you cannot open cost was over R200 000 and Mr Visser from Inutex is not answering his phone and on Whats app he just promise that he will repair it but nothing happens This job was done April 2019 With social media think I can do some more damage I have decide to go to small court claims N Walker 0828205394

Inutex Projects takes deposit and doesn't deliver
We had used Inutex Projects for all the aluminium glass doors and windows for our house. Up until that point, they had been fairly slow and communication not that great, but they always did the job. A final job for them was to supply and install the glasses cabinet (glass door and glass shelves). We accepted the quote and paid the deposit. After numerous delays, cancellations, and lack of communication, they finally arrived to install, but had measured incorrectly and therefore manufactured the glass shelves to the incorrect size. They took them back and had planned on returning to install on 31 July. No one arrived from Inutex Projects and no one from the company responded to WhatsApp messages or phone calls. We tried again on Monday and still had zero response from them. It seems they have taken the deposit, and are now unable to complete the job and supply and install the shelves. We have asked for a refund of the deposit which has also been ignored. They do not reply to WhatsApp messages or phone calls. Unfortunately we are going to have to institute a legal claim against them to try and get our money back. Be careful working with Inutex Projects.
