Inutex Projects takes deposit and doesn't deliver

We had used Inutex Projects for all the aluminium glass doors and windows for our house. Up until that point, they had been fairly slow and communication not that great, but they always did the job.

A final job for them was to supply and install the glasses cabinet (glass door and glass shelves). We accepted the quote and paid the deposit. After numerous delays, cancellations, and lack of communication, they finally arrived to install, but had measured incorrectly and therefore manufactured the glass shelves to the incorrect size.

They took them back and had planned on returning to install on 31 July. No one arrived from Inutex Projects and no one from the company responded to WhatsApp messages or phone calls. We tried again on Monday and still had zero response from them.

It seems they have taken the deposit, and are now unable to complete the job and supply and install the shelves. We have asked for a refund of the deposit which has also been ignored. They do not reply to WhatsApp messages or phone calls. Unfortunately we are going to have to institute a legal claim against them to try and get our money back.
