POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE AFTER BUYING SOLAR SYSTEM FROM INVERT SOLAR

Around July last year, you collected my inverter for what was described as minor repairs. Subsequently, a replacement inverter of a different brand — which appears to be a used unit — was sent to me. Unfortunately, this inverter is also not functioning.

I have attempted to engage Andre on several occasions regarding this matter, however my messages appear to be going unanswered. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.

I purchased my solar system from your company, with the exception of the panels, and I would therefore appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I kindly request that this matter be attended to urgently!
