Around July last year, you collected my inverter for what was described as minor repairs. Subsequently, a replacement inverter of a different brand — which appears to be a used unit — was sent to me. Unfortunately, this inverter is also not functioning. I have attempted to engage Andre on several occasions regarding this matter, however my messages appear to be going unanswered. This situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. I purchased my solar system from your company, with the exception of the panels, and I would therefore appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible. I kindly request that this matter be attended to urgently!
What a terrible and selfish character I received from this company, on 12 Nov 2025 I paid them R3000 so that they can collect and deliver my goods on the 13th, I waited all day long and they were quaet only after 14h00 they sent a message apologizing saying that their truck got full and they could not help me, till today they cannot help.
The Home Loans Consultant of FNB is intentionally frustrating me, if not her their very system structure is weapon formed against us I should say. Its been over three months working on further lending, until now its not finalized. Very poor customer and bad attitude in the consultant, I am drained, exhausted and very frustrated I should say.
I booked a bus with them in Feb, the bus never arrived and they promised to refund, until today no payment was made despite a series of emails sent. This bus company is never on time even when they show up, they buses break and all sorts its a nightmare can they pls refund me pls
A capitec client hacked an online store (by the way I am also Capitec client) and de*****ed some of unsuspecting client like me to a point that the website of the company in question had to be closed. I reported this to Capitec on 03 July 2024 including details of such client e.g name and account number and Capitec did nothing about it, I wrote a follow up email on 10 July 2024 and again they just ignored me
Poor and frustrating service received, I order a phillips shaving machine charger online and I paid for it, suddenly the order is now cancelled. I am told the payment was not received I then sent proof but still I am ignored and my order has not been reactivated
Terrible, the bus never showed up on 0502 King Williams Town to Cape Town, no apology nothing now I am battling to get my refund I wrote several emails their lines dont go through.
I wish to complement 1st for women for having provided me with prompt and quality service (in the process of claiming for windscreen damage); though it emerged that I made an error on my side by not taking my car for inspection (when joining three months ago) but they took it upon themselves to call my previous insurance to help clarify the issue and indeed it was as easy as that. Though the service from their service provider (Call A Class is not up to scratch) I am however pleased with the service I received from 1st for women and I would gladly recommend the company to anyone needing car insurance.
What a poor service I got from this company I am so dissapointed they couldnt do a simple thing which is to order a replacement key for my car, when the key was finally ordered a wrong one was delivered now I have to wait. Feedback and communication is so poor you are not even updated about a way forward and estimated turn around time, you wait indefinately. I tried containing myself but I cant anymore, The process started early in September and until today I am still waiting.
What a wonderful service I received at Nissan, service dept front desk staff whow it was amazing I was so so impressed. They went an extra mile in assisting me by consulting and giving me valuable service and advice. Keep up the good work team Datnis Nissan KWT Service staff youre just amazing.
