In 2022 we gave Ronnies Motors an order for a heavy duty 14 ton Fuso rollback truck. The truck was delivered to us in 2023 and we had problems with it from the day it was delivered. The rollback was manufactured below spec and eventually the hydraulic cylinders failed catastrophically putting lives at risk. An independent assessor that was recommended by FNB Insurance Brokers, condemned the rollback entirely and we had to replace the entire rollback in Johannesburg. To date we have had no apology or credible explanation from Ronnies Motors, instead they wanted to lay the blame on our highly experienced operator who has had over 20 years experience with a rollback. We wanted to support the local economy by placing the order in the Eastern Cape, however we have been beyond disappointed with the result. Stay away from Ronnies Motors to avoid disappointment and a hole in your pocket. The customer service at Ronnies Motors is non existent and this matter is now in litigation.

Good day I would like o express great gratitude to Ronnies Motors Body Shop In East London for handling a very stressful situation pertaining to the repairs of my wifes car. A special mention to Mr Gerhard Krugel for showing great care and consideration. He was communicative and did his best to ensure that what could have been a frustrating 3month period without our vehicle, was a rather pleasant experience. Thank you to you and your team kind sir and may you have a good year ahead. Kind regards Sibulele Msindwana

What a poor service I got from this company I am so dissapointed they couldnt do a simple thing which is to order a replacement key for my car, when the key was finally ordered a wrong one was delivered now I have to wait. Feedback and communication is so poor you are not even updated about a way forward and estimated turn around time, you wait indefinately. I tried containing myself but I cant anymore, The process started early in September and until today I am still waiting.

3 months ago I took my Suzuki Baleno in for a knock on the steering wheel. The claim was eventually approved 3 weeks later. I then requested a courtesy vehicle as I'm a relieving manager and I needed it for work purposes, only to be told that they had no car available for me. About 7 weeks ago I took my vehicle in again, this time due to rust on my front passenger door as my vehicle is still under warranty. They then told me they would submit a rust claim but it might not be approved which I am not happy with as no car should rust if it's only 4 years old. On top of this it is not surface rust, its underneath the paint. Actual reason for my complaint is the poor service I have received from the warranty clerk that deals with suzuki vehicles at Ronnie's Motors that has still not contacted me and I can't understand how the susuki head office has not queried the open job card for so long overdue. I'm also still waiting for Suzuki head office to phone me after my steering wheel was fixed to see if I'm happy. Their after service is terrible. I need answers and I want susuki head office to contact me and not their unprofessional warranty clerk. I will never buy a susuki or recommend it to anyone ever again.

Hi, I am so disappointed by the manner in which Ronnies Motors Suzuki operate. On the 12 March 2022, I took my Suzuki Ertiga for a service around 7:50 am n was the first person to arrive. Other vehicle owners came in numbers after us. After some time,a driver came to take us to our destinations while our vehicles are being serviced. Hours passed,by 14:00 I decided to call and enquire,to my surprise my car was still at the workshop, not in the washbay yet and other vehicle owners has came already to collect their vehicles. How come?! So in my understanding, Ronnies Motors Suzuki only work by favours n not by "first come, first serve" policy and that's wrong!

I have a very bad experience with Ronnies Motors service department.I would not recommend them to anybody.I am going to take them to the Ombudsman regarding the feedback I got from them after the vehicle was checked by them and serviced twice by them. They still haven't fixed my problem or giving me any indication what the problem is on the vehicle what it was booked in for.

What an appaling service received. K have been calling their service department since last week. You get transferred then cutoff and no other alternative offered even no one bothered to take my details and call me back. I eventually got hold of a certain lady either called Thandi if I recall well, today. She took my details and promised to send me an email with a form to complete and until now nothing has been received. It was at 9h30 when she promised and I called again at 9h55, again she promised within the next 2 mins as she was attending to walking clients. Clearly with Jeep Ronnie's Motirsyou must be a walkin client to be attended to. I am still waiting for them to send me the forms and advise on what I need to do as my car has a warning light of oil change.
