Useless solar system,daylight *******
I bought a solar system in 2021 because I did not have electricity.I was told that it is a 2.4kw solar system and it will run a tv,lights,charge phones,laptop,decoder and all other small things, also a fridge during the day. The thing was installed in August, It worked without problems,then in October we had electricity,so it only worked full-time for 2 months, from October we were alternating it with electricity when there is load shedding.in the early months of 2022, I haven't even used it for 1 year, it started giving problems,it only worked properly when there is a sun, during cloudy weathers and at night it would die within 2 hours.I complained to the company and they took it, and said they are going to replace batteries,returned it after 2 days. I used it for about 2 months,then it was back to square 1,the thing died within an hour when there's no sun.I complained again and they sent technicians,who told me that the battery life is only 1 year. This is the information that I wasn't given when I made the purchase,it was only given when there was a problem, and the system cost about R30000. It is still not working currently,the useless system only works until 5pm, after that I have to switch off the tv,I can't even charge a phone, I can only plug a router so I am not bored,but even so,it only lasts 2 hours or less with a router only.this was a complete *******,and I also found out from 3 of our family friends that theirs is also useless,only lasts minutes. So our money was taken by this company and we were sold **** systems because we are black people who stay in the poor township of orange farm and we know nothing about solar system.one of the people complaining about the system is an elderly person who's on her retirement.we spent money on this thing to make out life easier,turns out we just threw our hard earned money away. ********* company sold us an unreliable system. I am even wondering if this thing was approved by the relevant authorities before being sold,I need to find that out. I am advising everyone out there to never buy solar system from this company.you will regret it after a few months. This is a most ********* company I have ever seen. Funny enough, people who installed for me all resigned shortly after doing the Installation,which is alarming.but I repeat,do not buy your solar system from invest solar

Invest solar Norwood bad products and services
Invest solar Norwood. Bought two solar sets 24v with batteries both sets were working fine for 5 months. Hence the poor service received initially. The batteries started lasting less and less I went to see them. They said i should bring the batteries back for testing. I asked for them to send out a technician this took 2 weeks .started this process on the 5 jan 2022 to date no resolution. I bought new batteries for the two solar sets that set me back around R19 k then returned all the batteries to invest solar for a refund as they kept avoiding me. Shawn the owner or manager has no people empathy he let his staff call me to collect my batteries in april 2022 saying there was nothing wrong with the batteries although the new ones i bought are working and lasting longer than their ones ever did put his batteries back in the system and two hours later my system switched off the batteries are the problem and they will not refund me. bad service bad attitude from all at invest solar. Warning to everyone this company is a useless supplier and terrible customer service. Extremely disappointed
