I bought a LAN tester online for our company with Inxaso on the 6th January 2015. It was delivered and on the 09th I emailed them telling them that it wasn't working properly. They collected it and returned saying their manufacturer said there was nothing wrong. I demonstrated to their driver on delivery what it is supposed to do and he saw for himself that it was not working.<br> The LAN tester was returned and I requested a refund, seeing that it was not meeting our expectations for what we had purchased it for. <br> I have been for the past month and a half trying to get our refund from Inxaso, their phone is on voicemail (<br> 083 253 0552), I have left numerous messages, sent many emails which are all meet with silence. There has been no response from Inxaso's Dirk and team, no feedback nothing. I am without the tester and without the refund for over a month.<br> It has been frustrating trying to follow up with them. When our inventory was done in March I had to produce these emails as proof that I tried to get the refund. I am now sitting with a potential warning letter should this refund not be done. I'm disappointed in Inxaso for failing to respond and for failing to refund the money.
