Don't use them!!!!!!!

They are linked to fix and repair samsung appliances, be careful with them and make sure you check the parts they are fixing and replacing.

We paid them over R2000 to fix our fridge, just for it to do the exact same thing three months later. They now want to charge me yet another call out fee to fix the same thing..... THREE months later. I asked them if this means that i will be paying them every three months to fix the same thing. When i asked the lady to speak to a manager, she laughed at me. They are not professional nor are they good people. Don't use them!!!!!!!!

I have now gone and used someone else, a lot better service.
