They don’t deserve even this 1 star. So I was referred to them by Sumsung since I had a problem with our double door fridge. We paid R2, something to have the same problem at hands 3 months later does this make sense. We told about gas leakage that is something that they had to do properly the first time around. Their communication is horrible need to say I’ve been waiting for feedback from them since 20/01/2026. Can Sumsung kindly replace these people cause their service is nonsense

Wow! I had my Whirlpool 15kg top loader washing machine repaired today. I had the privilege of dealing with a wonderful gentlemen by the name of Prince - Professional, friendly and he REALLY knows his business. He is an honest upfront “give you the details” about your appliance problem and had it sorted in no time at all! He even gave me some important tips and tricks about my washing skills that I never knew about and I have been doing washing for 45 years! How I wish all service providers could give this level of service! Thank you Prince 🙏

Wow! I had my Whirlpool 15kg top loader washing machine repaired today. The fridge that I bought in August 2015 compressor packed up in January 2025. I did not have the original reciept but was able to get the store to provide when I bought it. This was not good enough for Samsung so I had to pay for the replacement compressor. Samsung sent their approved service provider to do the work, Inyathi, where before they would do the replacement I had to pay R4310 which was done on Tuesday 28 January 2025. It took them a while to return and replace the compressor, think it was either the Monday or Tuesday being either the 3rd or 4th February. On Saturday 17 May 2025 I noticed that the frozen food was defrosted where I logged thsi with the Samsung call centre on Monday 19 May 2025. I was told agin that if I could provide proof of purchase then the fidge was under warinty, I said this was an argumentin the past. I have now been told that the work carried out and the replacement compressor have a three month garantee and that I need to pay for the workmanship as well as all parts. I let the lady on the phone know that this is just over three months where I was told there is not grace for this. Does Samsung think I am going to pay another R4600, the new quote. This would mean in the last three months and few days I have paid R8910 and by the service and parts provided probably have to do the same in the next 3 odd months.

All I am saying is DO NOT USE this business use it at your own risk!!! The people who answer the phone are extremely rude, I was referred by Samsung for a warranty on my double door fridge which I don't understand how they got to be on the Samsung's data base I got a shock of my life with the service I got.

They are linked to fix and repair samsung appliances, be careful with them and make sure you check the parts they are fixing and replacing. We paid them over R2000 to fix our fridge, just for it to do the exact same thing three months later. They now want to charge me yet another call out fee to fix the same thing..... THREE months later. I asked them if this means that i will be paying them every three months to fix the same thing. When i asked the lady to speak to a manager, she laughed at me. They are not professional nor are they good people. Don't use them!!!!!!!! I have now gone and used someone else, a lot better service.

Att Samsung Customer service I am not very happy about the level of service I have received from Samsung as well as Inyahti appliances The service from Samsung call center I will admit was great at first they where helpfull in assisting me with my query and arranging collection of my television my problems started after Inyahti came to collect my television. My television was collected on the 7th of Dec 2023 by Inyahti for a power problem I was watching television till about 11pm then turned of the television and went to bed when I woke up at 5am I thought I would watch something till I needed to get up and go work but it wouldn't turn on so I thought maybe the power tripped I checked everything the power was on but still no power on so I checked the remote batteries the power cord but still nothing I waited till past 8am then called Samsung they where very helpful and we ran through all the fault finding but still no power then assisted me with booking it in for repair Inyahti collected 2 days later the technician that arrived was helpful in checking the television for any damages or faults and found no power he also took his phone put the flashlight on and checked the screen for any damages he did not see any and said they needed to take it in for repair we packed it it's original box and gave me a collection note and said they would be in contact a week went by and I heard nothing from them I called inyahti and they said they were busy checking and will get back to me I even whatsapped the tech who collected the television and he said he would get back to me that was about the 14th then Samsung Customer cared called me to ask if I was happy with my service I told them that I still haven't received my TV yet so they said they couldn't continue with the customer satisfaction query and helped me to check on the status of my repair they checked on the system and said repair was complete and should be delivered then on the 19th the same thing happened then a very helpful lady assisted me by trying to call Inyahti and the told me it seems they are closed till Jan but also said the system shows television is repaired and should have been delivered already and advised me to wait till jan till they open again I agreed to wait. I then called Samsung on the 3rd of Jan and spoke to a very helpful guy called mervin he saidI should call him again on the 8th as then Inyahti would be open again and also the told me it shows on the system that my power board as well as my lcd needs to be replaced as it's cracked so how can Samsung tell me my TV is repaired and should be delivered on 2 occasions then tell me my lcd is cracked and now my TV is no longer in warranty. I called mervin on the 8th again and he assisted me with connecting me with Inyahti and they then told me that my TV I no longer in warranty and will send me a quote for repairs I told them that I want it to be repaired under warranty as the screen was not cracked when they collected it I have photos I know for a fact my screen was not damaged the technician did check my tv for cracks before it left me so it must of happened when they transported it or when it was by them I am just very Unhappy about this whole problem why did it take them a month to tell me that and why did Samsung inform that it was repaired and should of already been delivered so who is lying and who is telling the truth I want my television repaired under warranty as agreed I will tell my story to hello Peter and post it on all social media so that with hope enough people see it and will not support Inyahti unless the do the right thing and repair my television and take responsibility for there actions it is unfair that us people must suffer for someone else's mistakes Attache is photo's of my TV without cracked lcd it was only a power problem Thank you kindly Theo van wyk 083 365 6097

Absolutely pathetic customer service!!! I dropped off my Genesis end of January, did not hesitate to pay their R450 deposit. 5 months later not even a phone call!!! Excuses left right and centre, no quote, damage report, feedback, phone call of any kind. What did I pay you for??? I want my deposit back. Not getting anything for my money. Complete waste of time.
