I’m really not happy with the service that I have received from you guys and your subcontractors. You failed to assist with my complaint. My fridge has been with you guys since January till today. I’ve sent numerous requests for my fridge to be returned to me since it had left with a gas leakage problem and then was told to pay over R6000 for another fault which was I was not told about nor was a quote sent to me but demanded to pay. Please tell Inyathi services to bring back my fridge, I have been begging them and my request is falling on deaf ears.
They don’t deserve even this 1 star. So I was referred to them by Sumsung since I had a problem with our double door fridge. We paid R2, something to have the same problem at hands 3 months later does this make sense. We told about gas leakage that is something that they had to do properly the first time around. Their communication is horrible need to say I’ve been waiting for feedback from them since 20/01/2026. Can Sumsung kindly replace these people cause their service is nonsense
I wouldn’t even give them this one star, if you want peace of mind stay away from Unisa. The communication is horrible in order to get assistance you need to go there physically, what’s the point of the email address, phone numbers. Right now I’ve been sending emails to the lecturer and still no response there goes another year of frustration from this institution.
We bought a fridge from Sumsung in Clearwater and was told that we got a 10 year warranty on the compressor. The fridge started acting up and contacted them for assistance, we were charged a call out fee for them to come check the fridge. We were then told that they use Nyathi services for such and we still had to pay another R2,something for them to come refill the gas on this fridge. Months later we faced with the same problem as what we had faced in the first place. Now we being told that there is a gas leakage and something else. Mind you I interacted with these people from the 14th January there was no response, follow up on the 15, tech guys sent 20th, I still spoke to them on the same day and they said they are waiting for the technicians to give feedback till now as I was already complaining about the service that we are getting. I’m sitting with an expensive fridge that doesn’t work which doesn’t make sense to me, please have in house technicians cause I’m really tired of this service and can’t be doing follow up’s like I’m baby sitting a 1 year old for a big company like yours this service is **********.
The biggest mistake I have ever done was making an online order with this company. 15 days later I have not received my orders. There is no sense of urgency nor understanding when it comes to them understanding the situation and frustration that you might be experiencing. 15 days ago i placed the order, it was left on pending till i called to check the status. I still had to call to check where my package was. Only then was it delivered to the wrong store, they pleaded that it would be interbranched to the correct store till today I’m waiting without proper communication nor ease of mind as to how they will handle my query. This has been the worst experience and service I have ever received when ordering on an online store. Even these Chinese shops give proper service then the what I have received. Please cancel my order and give me back my money
The way that I was able to buy my items the refund process was also smooth and easy. My account was credited within 2 days and got confirmation
This gap cover had to make things simple and easy for me when I have short payments or non-payments on claims out off honestly it didn’t ease the burden whatsoever but just made the whole process complicated and stressful on top of all the stress that I was going through. I’d rather have a gap cover that will make things easier for me come claims stage
So with the new scandal that just came from Old Mutual I never thought that my mom would also be a victim. Well my mom had an investment policy with the company and was told that she is under the 5 year rule but would get her money this year and a figure was given to her. Today my mom has been in the offices trying to put in a request to withdraw her funds and she’s being told that the money was paid out already and the amount available is not the money was being told is available. Is this the type of service and reputation that Old Mutual wants to give its clients when it comes to their policy. I have forwarded emails where we had previously logged a complaint with the ombudsman, the call center wow how does one hold on the line for almost of an hour to only be cut off the line? Honestly the service you giving us as clients is unacceptable. I want my MONEY which I was I told that I would get now in March please and cancel that thing
I’ve been asking the medical aid to make a payment from my medivault to the hospital since February till today this has not been resolved nor done as I have requested. Is this the type of service that I’m paying for? First I was told that I am not up date yet they debit my account every single month, now it’s a run around for them to pay a hospital bill that I have given instruction to. Am I really paying for such service where consultants don’t do their job? Is this fair on me as a client who makes sure that they get their money no hassles every single month?
I received the worst service ever from a lady by the name of Selaelo Ngobeni. In her email I quote “ she told me that it was my responsibility” my responsibility had the hospital account been sent to me prior to being sent to the lawyers.I explained too her that I was not made aware of this prior to receiving the text messages that I had been handed over, even after receiving those sms I contacted the company and asked for the account in question which I never received up until today. So i need to suffer because someone didn’t do their job, I need records of where this statement was sent cause I clearly didn’t get it. I got to say the lady who is dealing with my case lacks empathy and sympathy for clients. Honestly proper customer service training should be provided to her cause wow the service I have received from her is uncalled for.
