All I am saying is DO NOT USE this business use it at your own risk!!! The people who answer the phone are extremely rude, I was referred by Samsung for a warranty on my double door fridge which I don't understand how they got to be on the Samsung's data base I got a shock of my life with the service I got.
Hello I can not even express how frustrated I am with Telkom from the so called managers that hide behind the staff to the call Centre agents not forgetting the stores staff 2019 I opened a fraud case for 2 phones that I know nothing about. I was requested to submit all the required documents of which I did for them to investigate and action accordingly. one account was closed but the other remained opened but the feedback I received was that all the accounts were closed. one year later now in 2020 I find out that the one account was still opened I went through the same process of resubmitting of documents and this was on the 10th of June 2020 every time I follow-up I am told that the back office is working on it and that it has been escalated to the manger but I don't see anything being done by the manager today I was again requested to resend the documents to Mchunu whos is another manager and I waiting feedback if I don't get feedback by end of this week I will have to do my worst.
