Our fibre connection went down after 15:00 yesterday - got sms advising expected outage time 1 to 4 hours @ 15:55 - it is now 12:23 the next day and still not restored (20 hours later) no further updates and no-one taking calls - shocking as brought our business to a total standstill since yesterday- we work a 24 hour day
